Return & refund Policy

At SmartBazar, we strive to provide the best quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused by us)

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable


3. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@smartbazar.com

  2. Provide your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the process

  4. Pickup will be arranged (if available), or you may need to ship the item


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days

Refund Method:

  • Prepaid Orders β†’ Refunded to original payment method

  • COD Orders β†’ Refund via UPI or bank transfer


6. Return Shipping Charges

  • Free return shipping for damaged or wrong products

  • For other returns, a small return shipping fee may be deducted


7. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or product issues (subject to availability)

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank/payment provider

  • If still unresolved, contact us
